The foundation of our success starts with our culture. Having a team that cares and doesn't settle for avg makes it fun to come to work everyday
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel undervalued because I consistently do more than my job requirements, develop myself and others, exceed revenue targets and keep a positive attitude. With that said, with 7+ years of exp. w/TG the base pay would be the same for someone starting in my role tomorrow.
