Excellent! When I was hired in 2017, I had no clue I'd still be with Topgolf 5+ years later. It influenced my degree path. I kept a comfortable school/work balance. I've been able to steadily move up. We have a strong venue management team. The people are amazing. Looking forward to my future w/ TG!

We do hire awesome people that fit the culture of Topgolf. And it makes working and just interacting with everyone enjoyable.
What makes you most happy at work?
Everyday is different and a fresh start with different people, energy, and experience. A bad day truly can just be that- 1 bad day.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It's the people and fun we have. While it is a job, you do have fun with your co-workers and it makes the workday an enjoyable experience.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
When you look around the market at jobs that are making about the same as me, while I have much more responsibility, it does make me feel undervalued. Also, in order to continue my Topgolf career, I've had to get a second job. There isn't anything that will make me feel better about my compensation.
