The positivity is not toxic. It's a genuine vibrancy i find at work. Sometimes managers are a little under-executive, but I understand since the venue has had many changes lately. There's always people coming and going, no need to worry about making friends; but everyone is so nice.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like how decent they are as human beings. Theres no work face either.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I like the free gameplay; I also enjoy the food a lot especially half off.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I enjoy coming to work. I cannot say that about school, home, parties, anything else really. If I seem off, it's not work's fault.
What makes you most happy at work?
Honestly I think its the older adults. I'm a little younger than most of the people there, but I've never really understood the nature of my peers. Experienced, weathered, and gritty coworkers are my favorite people to talk to.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The idea of work. Pay talk is very open, concerns are addressed properly, and everyone is there to help each other out. I'll have bayhosts cover my drinks while I go do something else, I'll have a manager tell me they got somethinf, etc.
