The culture is so strong and the people make my day better more than not.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It starts from the leadership. If our DO did not drive the culture and excellence, the venue would not be as successful.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My direct manager is clear with communication and expectations. She allows the team empowerment without micromanaging. The results speak for themselves. Corporate team is very similar.
