Transparency and the constant drive towards improvement. Our leadership teams always strives to be better than we were yesterday and in today's market that really means something
What are some of the best things about your team?
We really all live through our commitments to each other and our CORE Values. It isn't just a few things we write on the walls. It means something to everyone who walks through the doors.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We live it! Everyone who is a part of our culture is a part of it to their core and it shows in everything we do for each other, as well as for anyone who comes through our doors.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I do believe we could be paid slightly more based on the unique nature of what we do, but our compensation and benefits are fair and well thought out. They are the best I've been a part of in all my years in this industry.
What makes you most happy at work?
I GET to do my job, I don't HAVE to. I'm encouraged to find new ways to Play and to empower people to have fun doing something they love. I don't have to do any of those things but I GET the chance to do them many times a day.
