Overall I love working at Topgolf because of the playmakers around me. Our leadership team is one of a kind and is very helpful with developing playmakers and making sure everyone is comfortable. Everyone in the venue is like a giant happy family, some days we go through the trenches with each other

Being able to watch people develop and find happiness when they reach a goal or get excited about a new task.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
It's a lot of work so the 50 hours is needed but, if a team lead worked 50 hours making overtime for 10 of them they would make more than my salary with little to no responsibility.
