Besides When its 30 minutes left of my Shift, i enjoy the welcome i recieve when i first walk in
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I personally feel im underpaid. Although I am a teenager I am still needing to meet a certain pay area to be able to afford certain thing. Past few weeks I have only been making $50 a week
