How everyone fits together as a whole. We all know our purpose and everyone is excited to bring their ideas to the table!
What do you like best about the leadership team?
How fired up they all are for the culture and for every playmaker! They want to be inclusive to everyone, and they do as much as they can to try and do so!
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I do a lot for the venue I feel like I should be a little more compensated, I often have to choose work over school because I have to make deadlines that I can’t miss
