It is an overall good experince however the amount of shifts available is less than expected and quite a lot of Bayhosts are complaining about it.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
It is not publicly known that Bayhosts are paid as waiteess staff to our playmakers. I have never worked and gotten minimal ot zero tips as mich as I have in this short time at Topgolf. There are so many bayhosts being hired all the time that there are very few shifts to be fair to eveyone hired.
