I enjoy coming into work and being around the other individuals, i feel there is a lack of appreciation in the service workers and the amount they do. This leads to a feeling of high turnover and lack of personal worth in the job being done

I feel liek the work that is being done on a daily basis isnt evenly distributed in tip outs, as wel as not knowing every amount that is being made tip out wise each night or shift.
