What is the best part about your compensation package?
It allows me to track and manage my finances with ADP and other access to my benefits. Very intuitive dashboard and help is readily available
What are some of the best things about your team?
They all pitch in. I love the atmosphere here and cant tell Mark and Luke are working hard to create a safe and fun space
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I believe theres been a cultivation of a selfless enviornment. The managers practice what they preach and in turn garner respect from the team. I think that might be the secret ingredient
What makes you most happy at work?
Knowing Im not going at it alone. There's hardly competetion or self-eddification here. The team recognizes they will need to rely on me as a positive influence as much as I will need them
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They actually listen with their heart. You can tell they take their work home and never stop investing in better processes and helping others. I cant tell you how many times MOD's have chimed in to answer a small question to a new playmaker or even engage in conversation on their day off!
