Im happy to be a TopGolf employee. I dont like the gossip or drama. I do like the work atmosphere with most Guests and Employees. As a Guest Service Employee, I need a higher base salary. I like the opportunity to advance quickly as I am older and have valuable skills to be a lifelong employee.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Most Playmakers are friendly and supportive, especially Management.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Thr managers are caring and helpful. Im a new employee and i felt welcomed from the beginning.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The Guest Service Playmakers are the Heart of House. They are the first person the Guests see at the Greeter desk, then at the Check in desk, then on the teeline. We are so vital to the players experience.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Im a new Guest Services hourly paid employee. The starting wage needs to be higher to compensate the hard work that we do and provide for our Customers. Guest Service Playmakers are a vital part of the TopGolf Team and should be paid more.
What makes you most happy at work?
The evironment is friendly and its a fun evironment to work in all around. Im a new employee and I love meeting new guests and Employees. I love the perks of the job. Im always happy to go to work knowing that Im helping to support my family.
