The leadership team is always pushing not only the company forward, but it's employees as well. The leadership teams see success when their employees succeed as well.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
You can ALWAYS ask questions to any team in the company, even if you do not work directly with that team. The work culture is very open and inviting.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team consists of some of the brightest individuals I have ever met. The team is constantly sharing this knowledge with the greater team to ensure everyone is able to contribute to the team goals.
What did you like most about the interview process?
The interview process is very comfortable and conversational. I met with at least 6 members for my most recent role. The interviewees not only got to know me, but I had the opportunity to learn more about their roles and overall team dynamics.
What makes you most happy at work?
I am most excited about what I get to learn and how I get to contribute. I honestly can say I go home learning something new every day. With the new skills I learn, I feel like I am making a great contributions to my team.
