Stop being control freaks and gain confidence
Stop forcing people out of a job because you want to replace them with Charles schwab people. When you promote internally, actually give them a normal pay raise, not the pennies you give now.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
We get stock options and a 401k match.

Respond back to candidates, have an actual onboarding process that is the same for all LOBs, hire actual dedicated trainers

Fix the employee turnover issue, fix the phone line issue so customers can actually get through to agents, stop launching half thought out products, spend money on a capable user friendly servicing system
