During the interview process i got to speak with 5 different people doing different roles. Each of these guys took the time to talk to me, to get to know me. After each meeting i got the sense that I really wanted to work with them. I asked hard questions, and they gave honest answers.

Respond back to candidates, have an actual onboarding process that is the same for all LOBs, hire actual dedicated trainers
