Upmc uses every opportunity to pay the minimum possible salary. Even when on a 1 percent retention list. It's sickening how much the executives and doctor pay themselves and each other when they couldn't see a tenth of the patients without the engineers doing most of their work.
Concentrates more on making money instead of providing healthcare

Workers are hardworking. Bosses are manipulative. Pay is low, longevity isn't there. Bosses change their mind about company plans and fire workers without notice. The whole system they have built is designed to make more money and ignore the employee.
