I think my team is excellent. Always working hard to exceed Waffle House expectations

It has its downsides but all in all, is a great positive work environment.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I feel that higher up from my division, needs work, but as far as my manager goes, he is an excellent manager.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I feel that though the pay is fair, Waffle House should allow employees who want to get extra hours to have overtime, due to some people choosing not to come in to work, without calling in and such.
