To be honest I do not care about compensation I want to feel a job like I feel at home to be honest a little bit more of a paycheck would be nice but what matters if you have a big paycheck and your job is trash
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
I would say better teamwork and slow on the paste because everyone is always in a rush like if the customer is going to die from starvation obviously the company's goal is to make money and that's all they care and I think that our pay grade is very small you should improve that
