The shift managers are okay, but the current general manager is horrible
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I do my best on this job. Been here for almost 2 years and I have never seen management like this. I have some scheduling trouble because I am still in high school. I partake in clubs and sports, and I still try to juggle work. I try my best to take off for the right days.
