Working as a team when service is busy.

It has been over a year. So i dont really remember.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The manager talks down to me, even afte i have completed my overall duties for my shift. I do not feel vauled.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It would be more positive if the current GM was a lot More curteous to the emplyees and not so disrespectful to employees in front of customers.
