Its been fun working with the other empoyees and the work hasnt been too diffucult.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everybody could bond and get along.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Being more involved and less negative on the workers.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
There really isnt. My manager had me fill out an apllication and asked me when i could start working.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I get paid $11 an hour and no other employee makes more than $12. Some have been working there for over a year and have only recieved a $1 raise. The work environment was positive, which kept me there for a while, despite the long and illegal hours I worked for such a small check.
