My compensation package covers a lot of issues other companies do not.
What makes you most happy at work?
I like to serve my customers to the best of my abilities, however ; at Wendy's it is not solely my responsibility . We work as a team every day and produce a lasting reputation with our consumers. We create a better day, every day.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
My company environment does not tolerate harassment, crude jokes, or even foul language while on the job. It creates a much better atmosphere to have coworkers who already carry themselves in this manner, but also help enforce policy by encouraging the members who do not carry themselves this way.
