Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Mc Donald's is paying 15 an hour and they don't even want to give me overtime here at $11. I don't know what's the normal wage in this Wendy's but I could use anything at this moment to help. I'm currently applying for PTO. It's the 1st tomorrow and I'm counting on that next paycheck.
