I have been working here for little over 2 weeks now and this has been the worse work experience out of any job I have had. The communication skills between employes and managers are terrible. Everyone goes into work high or goes of 1 hour to 2 hour brakes and come back high.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
They need to work hard and stop coming into work high all the time.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
These leaders need to communicate and act more mature there is so much drama in this store its unbelievable.
