What are some of the best things about your team?

everyone stays coorapative and participating

The team is seamless, I will say depending on location, if they moved you around a lot, certain areas are not very good on their internal customer service

They're friendly and efficient. Very congenial.

If there was communication and people didnt talk behind other peoples back and make fun of people and chose who they like and dont like

My coworkers need to develop initiative everyone at this Whataburger does not want to do anything extra because they have been taken off the clock. I don't have enough hours for that week that makes a person not wanna work so that makes it hard on people like me that wants to work

Veteran employees especially trainers need to be friendly

The people that show up to work, do not care about the job, there is no sense of urgency or motivation to do anything at all!

A better team leader who doesnt talk down to people

Helping out another employee when something seems to much for them and they can use some assistance.
