My interview was conducted over a year ago but the manager who did was perfessional and let me know exactly what they were looking for in a worker.
She was to busy running the store and not enough time at the interview. Felt rushed.
The attentiveness of the interaction between the interviewers

They dont ask much just get hire
They listen to you. Love it when you ask questions. They let you know all about the company and how you can benefit from the job.
It was quick and effective.

What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Get better managers and an OP
I had to wait two hours for the interview
Being straight Forward, on the team leader, mangers being the only position as full time
hire better hiring managers to the team

Maybe telling the employer about the job not just give a 3 min interview about yourself.
Maybe train your interviewers before they do interviews
It took 2 weeks to be processed in after being hired

It took 3 months to on board and a very poor communication. Interview went well, but no feedback was given.
