The interview was OK it was wrong

The one on one that u get with the supervisors

She was to busy running the store and not enough time at the interview. Felt rushed.

My interview was conducted over a year ago but the manager who did was perfessional and let me know exactly what they were looking for in a worker.

Interview was misleading she didnt stick to anything she promised

What would you improve about your company's interview process?

No consideration for struggling autistic adults. Pay sucks beyond belief and they expect higher effort for no real pay

Get better managers and an OP

I had to wait two hours for the interview

Being straight Forward, on the team leader, mangers being the only position as full time

hire better hiring managers to the team

Forget the folder process, again to many people involved to make a simple decision

It took 3 months to on board and a very poor communication. Interview went well, but no feedback was given.

Maybe train your interviewers before they do interviews

Maybe telling the employer about the job not just give a 3 min interview about yourself.

Ask more details....age... availability....etc...very bad environment
