The managers like to act like a family, but some of the actions they do such as denying breaks throughout the entire shift make it feel less like a family oriented workplace and more like a workshop.

Helping each other in my morning shift But when i am scheldued in the mid evening no help
There's really nothing positive about the culture and environment at my company location they no longer teach employees about hard work as a team instead of working as individuals
The downtime we have tends to be filled with jokes and light talking and its somewhat enjoyable though the instant we get busy or slammed if you will it goes right back to terrible.

The management for sure, if everybody was on the same page when it comes to things then the job would be a good job. I feel like everybody is for themseves when it comes down to it. Nobody wants to work when they need to
People need to start putting customer service as thier highest priority again
everything. no one listens to anything people are saying as far as communication between management and staff. one of the team leaders literally throws temper tantrums and hides in the bathroom during their shift
