Whataburger Leadership Employee Reviews

What do you like best about the leadership team?

Their open door policy they have

The payroll situation bucks and I'm unhappy that I couldn't get assistance while I was having heart surgery. I'm really in a hole here and don't know how me and my severely sick wife are going to survive

Review from Customer Success Dept

They treat u like family

They spend time training, and giving knowledge of the business.

They help in every aspect

I like the how eager they are to get things done.

It's woman led and lots of upward mobility

Understanding of personal issues inside and outside of work

They're super supportive. And I really rooting for me and pushing me to do and be the best that I can.

Review from Operations Dept

Positivity and the enviroment around me

Goal oriented and stays focused on leadership

I like how they are willing to teach eachother and we all have eachothers backs. I myself am part of the leadership team and we have built a support group where we each support eachother and give helpful criticism to help eachother be better leaders

What a executive team !

Whatever you need they are there for you.

There are reallly very nice

They are always there to listen to me everybody is so nice

Everything fast friendly patient kind

Everything that comes with it

Right now I don't. I'm struggling with my work environment right now.

Relatable & professional. Very understanding and take duties of all seriously

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

They need to get better at not picking favorites, employing better people (one's with actual work ethic), and not make work degrading.

managing and running a store

not having so many people taking orders or people who only come for a day or two hours!! it's ridiculous!!! They even come from other stores!!

Someone really needs to look into the problem

communication, managing schedules, actually helping out other employees.

Review from Product Dept

Treating people with respect and consideration.

Better guidance and training. Quit throwing new employees on register just because you don't want to train.

They will need more talking

we need to get better on communicating

Communicating. Walk the talk. Being more aware of the unit.

Understand the clientelle who you are serving, the need to properly train your MITS and GMITs instead of just throwing them into the role because that's destroying the culture and business

They need to find better ways to inspire the managers and team, no one wants to work at my store

Review from Customer Success Dept

Speak with respect and treat all employees equally

Communication. Training, problem solving skills, and leadership. In order to show the example you have to be the example.

Everything, nothing should be how it is there.

Watching there language, and being respectful of other team members.

Attuides communication and also pacific structure

These leaders need to communicate and act more mature there is so much drama in this store its unbelievable.

Review from Customer Success Dept

Communication with the team and help promote those in the company that want and are willing to work hard for their efforts instead of discouraging them to want to keep working for the company

To help you coworkers when they need a little help
