Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Their is new people that are getting paid more then me even tho I've been with the company for 4 years. I would feel better if this young kids that never had a job would not get paid the same as someone that's has several years of working fast food

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
For the managers to not be so personal with employees and for them to fill employees in all the way when in a mid life crisis. Honestly letting employees shift positions.

I get left alone on the overnight shift from between 3-5am to 6am with just a manager leaving most of the cleaning and prep for the morning shift to me alone.
