I come into work early everytime and do what i'm supposed to only to feel as if i'm being treated as less than human.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
I think we can run the place better if we just had an extra person to do our cleaning and stuff. Mobile orders need to quit at a certain time also. And lobby should stay closed by 10pm. Not 11. My team cant handle it.my managers cant handle it either.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The managers like to act like a family, but some of the actions they do such as denying breaks throughout the entire shift make it feel less like a family oriented workplace and more like a workshop.

What did you like most about the interview process?
the manager was nice had a awful full face hair which is not with the Corp. company way as he found out trying to get a job at the Dallas, Tx office. He is a good man

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
No help on my shift. Workers quit because I guess they thought the job be easy.it being fast food. They didnt realize all the cleaning that has to be done. NEED A PORTER OR NIGHT CLEANER.
