There has been multiple occasions where i go a full shift without a break and my managers have simply brushed it off as if it was nothing.

communication, managing schedules, actually helping out other employees.

My other coworkers are pretty social and our talks help us get through the day.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I come into work early everytime and do what i'm supposed to only to feel as if i'm being treated as less than human.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The managers like to act like a family, but some of the actions they do such as denying breaks throughout the entire shift make it feel less like a family oriented workplace and more like a workshop.
