Loyalty among longtime employees with big seniority is not recognized nor appreciated. I've been with the company 8 years and was never made trainer, and yet new (younger) people who have either been on the job 1 year or 6 months are made certified station trainers, while I haven't.

When customers show kindness towards us and speak kindly
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Watching there language, and being respectful of other team members.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Helping out another employee when something seems to much for them and they can use some assistance.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The company doesn't cater towards everyone, I'm vegan, I became vegan several months after I started working there. They don't have plant-based patties so I can't eat anything there except fries.
