My names Vilma aviles I worked for the fulsear tx location for a week. I don't understand how a company that is considered a great company didn't set me up for success. Lack of training lack of leadership most of all i respect. I enjoyed this brand but I will never consume whataburger again.

Better guidance and training. Quit throwing new employees on register just because you don't want to train.
