Horrible no health insurance, unless you work full time. Pay is abysmal at best. You can't live of the wages they give part time employees. The requirements are outrageous. And the customers while largely polite some what are at best a minor nuisance and at worse a literal group of grown as kids

Over all the general company is not worth much in putting effort into

No consideration for struggling autistic adults. Pay sucks beyond belief and they expect higher effort for no real pay

Pay me more since y'all expect me to handle a job that's legit 3 different sets of responsibilities in one title

Pay more and provide health insurance. Stop demanding high quality work with low quality pay and benefits for part time employees
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I don't have benefits at all, and any attempt to get any are shut down because I'm part time it's pathetic
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The pay is abysmal, the benefits are locked behind hours rather than being openly avaible to all employees, and the literal environment is basically a shit show
