Set company wide goals and make them clear. Set clear decision makers that help mature the company.

The most positive piece is the interactions we have in our team and the desire to do impacting work.

Brilliant minds, desire to have impact and grow. They genuinely care about the quality of work and what they deliver.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Wish is a cool place to be. However, the compensation does not match for the amount of work being done. The stock compensation is low compared to other companies. If recognition for work with matching stock was present people would feel great about their work and the appreciation.
