I have been a long time employee and loyal to the company. I believe in the overall intent but feel we are lacking in executing what we promote. We are not given enough incentives to boost moral, especially for middle management. Training is lacking, and moral is huge impact to day to day work.

They are accessible, but I sometimes feel out of touch with client needs and executing what we want to achieve.

My Team is great but often a lack of teamwork and low moral throughout the company makes it hard to work together.

My Manager is outstanding, however our Executive team is loosing site on service and quality and what stood us apart from other TPAs.

My health benefits. I feel our 401-K should offer more. We should be able to cash out PTO or rollover more, I often loose many hours due to work.

I am happy with my salary and benefits, although the benefits are starting to be very expensive. It is difficult that the merits basically offset the continued cost of insurance.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My immediate leadership team is amazing about I question the decisions being made my ELT which doesn't provide the support in retaining our clients. Things seem to be metric focused versus service and quality.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I am looking forward to the compensation oportunities, I would like to company to also focus on other Client Service team members that do not lead primarily on clients but are an essential key to us retaining business and our success, such as CSA and Relationship Managers.
