It has gotten progressively worse in the years I have worked her. The work load is unmanageable. No one is happy. The only ones happy must be the people running the investment firm who owns this place.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The money is not the issue. Because I keep getting tasks added I cannot be successful and I feel demoralized. Worde run company I have EVER worked for.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
They whine instead of working as a team. We are all so stretched thin that no one cares about anything but their own success, but that is impossible to attain.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Properly staffing the offices to accommodate the business needs instead of finding more and more tasks for current employees to take over. They start new initiatives to quantify what we do and generate reports on performance. I do not know anyone who is pleased with the decline in job performance.
