The low deductible for our medical insurance. I think the time off is nice. I do wish the compensation was higher due to the cost of living we are experiencing.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My manager Julie Stankaitis is very fair to everyone. She cares about her team. She encourages me and she is very patient. I also think that Larry Fumarolo, and Joe Minard do a good job. They very approachable, and I feel all of they care about us.
