Seeing my direct team in office.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My direct leadership team, Tina Losianowycz, Fiona Peters, and Joe Minard are very supportive. Always wiling to answer questions, explain processes, and jump in whenever needed.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Triage team is awesome. We all get along, work well together, and are always willing to help each other when needed. The entire team is very supportive of one another
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
There is room to grow, and many directions to grow in. The growth could be in contribution accounting, disability, pension. I like the fact you are not limited to one kind of position here.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I am one of the most productive people on my team and yet I receive the lowest compensation of everyone on my team due to the 3% raise cap. I am also always willing to jump in on projects when needed, but I do not feel this is recognized by anyone other then my direct management.
