What is NPS

Net Promoter Score (NPS) is a management tool that can be used to gauge the satisfaction of a firm's customer relationships. What do you value most about this brand?
The brand quality is impeccable. My painter initially told me not to buy it as it's gonna be expensive but in actual it was much cheaper as the drums I bought had much more coverage than the others in market like Nippon,Brighto etc. . Basically their one drum is equivalent to other companys 2 drums
