NPS has been widely adopted as a key metric often linked to the revenue potential of a company’s product or service. The metric is based on customer responses to the question: "On a scale of 0 to 10, how likely are you to recommend the product to a friend?"

Have better material & quality of dresses, blouses and varieties for women 5'8-10. All current fashion are never in the stores only online. The most popular sizes 18/20-22/24 are always sold out in the store which crs need. We need shoes size 13 and jeans/pants not skinny legs for plus size women.
