Net Promoter Score (NPS) is a management tool that can be used to gauge the satisfaction of a firm's customer relationships. I have been a loyal customer but today was treated so poorly by the cashier. I dont think I will ever return to the Store in Champaign. Illinois. The customer services when I ordered the balloons was rude by the same person who was rude today. The cashier who ehobyook my otder was wonderful.
