They can begin acting like an AIRLINE. When you enter a contract to provide air travel and departure at a certain time, fulfill it. Of course, the only thing worse than a CPA as a CEO is a lawyer so I shouldn't be surprised. Worse yet, one that gets hammered at JB's.

Customer Service! Gate agents and flight attendants generally don't care about their job (FLL and MHH) which translates into a bad experience for the customer. Their fares are exorbitantly high for the levelnof service they provide.
