What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Very open and approachable culture with the characteristics of a start-up in terms of its pace, ambition and lack of bureaucracy. Very minimal form filling and more about trusting individuals to deliver on the remit they've been given.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Bring a huge amount of diverse experience from blue chip companies and typically have a clear sense of their functional role and responsibilities. Approachable and engaging individuals that take a genuine interest in the wellbeing of their peers and are quick to assign credit where it is due.
