I am somewhat underpaid compared to others in my field.

The people who have been here for 10+ years know everything will change in 3 years or so.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
We have too many people in management and not enough in positions that actually generate products. The tendency for management to work from home and only engage via email or online meetings is not demonstrating leadership.
