Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
Good, but broken with lack of opportunities to shadow others to learn software. 3 months in, still we haven't been provided the correct training. Strange but true. As an international hockey player I would expect sales teams within different verticals to share and work together to blossom Opsec.

Great people, great vision, unfortunately, extremely bad communication and unlogical rifts between APAC, EMEA or specifically UK. We don't have the same resources and it feels like US vs Them. Horrible horrible feeling and one wherby every other team doesn't want us to be successful or be helpful.

Direct approach to internal problems within the organisation.

Giving everything I can for the company and myself to succeed! That's 110% each and everyday.

Chance to earn more and improve - if we have the right training! Without training the system is broken.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
If we were told from the begginning realistically OTE, training, support:It's been shambolic. Now we are trying to rectify the issue.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Difficult to answer taht question as one minute we are talking executive team and the next leadership team. I require names and seniority before answering correctly.

We are united as a group where as the conpany is not. Thats so obvious to see coming from a background which encourages results through company vision and company teamwork from whatever remit/location!
