Great bunch of people with varying interests. An overall relaxed feel to the company.
What are some of the best things about your team?
A generally diverse group of people that seem to genuinely want to support the company by working hard with the assets they have.
What makes you most happy at work?
Liaising with colleagues, working with some great logos, overall an interesting space to be operating in and not having all our eggs in one basket which can cause stress about future growth.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Engage with their employees on what the company's short, medium and long term strategy is. Employees should feel more inspired by leadership. Seems to be a lot of resource wastage, and not convinced leaders at highest level have their finger on the pulse of the company.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Companies find themselves in a competitive market post covid to attract and retain good employees. Bonus plans should reflect or even improve upon companies they are competing against. A good salesperson will always know their services are in demand will be hungry for the best financial package.
