Hard start as a new division and we have just lost our Manager after a few months. We could have had more direction and background on "what's worked" and "where we have wins" BUT its not a blocker

Positive attitudes and drive. Focused on taking everyone forward and honest conversations.

Open and honest. Respectful and no matter the level of position, willing to give advice and thoughts.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I am relatively new but the electric vehicle scheme seems appealing. The support with a corporate card is also a great point.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My own team has a wide variety of backgrounds and specializations. We communicate very well and often and work together as one.
What makes you most happy at work?
The ability to bring all my skills and experience together and the freedom to do what we enjoy! Business Development and sales
