I am new here but have never had such a kind onboarding. It was confusing at first but I think I have actually helped the next hire so it will move more quickly for them.
Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
I have only been here a few weeks now and absolutely love it. Love the work, Love the people, Love the customers. I am very happy.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The people create the wonderful environment!
What makes you most happy at work?
My boss's continued support and encouragement for not only me but the team as well. There has yet to be a gruff team call.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Ed is a fabulous leader. I've never met someone so kind and directive at the same time. I am new here and I feel very blessed to have landed such a job with such great people.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Flexible time. Shows me you all really care. I was pounded by the hurricane and Ed was so kind to keep checking in on me. He really seemed to care about me and my family.
What are some of the best things about your team?
When we log on prior to a call and are just chit chatting, I see people who are not only into their job but I see people who really want to get to know me as a person/friend/coworker.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The energy is high. Everyone seems to be focused on the same goal. Everyone seems to want to help others. Everyone seems so happy. Everyone seems so proud of the company and what we provide to our customers.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Their personalities are as if I was on their 'level.' I got to go to Meridian a few weeks ago. The group dinner was so much fun. Very relaxing. I genuinely feel as though I'm one of 'them'. That was the first opportunity I had to interact with the entire team (peers and up). Beyond impressed!
What are some of the best things about your team?
They are always willing to help with tremendous attitudes. They don't only answer the questions I have, but they take the time and explain the answers to me. I want to highlight Chris Miles. He has just been fantastic to work with. I honestly have never worked with anyone as kind as he is.
What makes you most happy at work?
The kind of work I do. The interaction with customers. The kindness of my coworkers. Calling out Chris Miles again. He is always in a great mood. It makes me extremely happy to wake up and have him as a go-to. He always smiles and wants to help and goes the extra mile for me.
