My overall experience is very good. I like the work environment and my manager. The team is also very helpful. But still I cant see a lot of opportunities to growth.

the main positive aspects of working conditions: flexibility, transparent and open communication, cooperation and supporting each others.

ability to learn new things, to be part of this very interesting industry, to cooperate with my coworkers, they are very professional and sometimes very funny.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I thing that flexibility and hybrid way of working is a advantage. In additional is very good to have health insurance. Missing additional things like pension funds, pets day, some things with OpSec branding ( cups, tshirts, bags)
